ECOM Capital is a Game-Changer for Entrepreneurs

Since signing up with Ecom capital we have had nothing but a great experience, support team always reply within 24 hrs or less. Our onboarding call and store delivery where both with Brooke Roman who we can not speak highly enough about, very punctual, easy to talk too, super helpful with reminder emails as well as follow up emails, so all in all our experience with Ecomm Capital has been a 10/10 and look forward to starting our couching calls and getting stuck into our pre launch.

I followed through their process and I was really skeptical and particular about the 90-day policy within 90 days, I made $6000 and the company offered me a refund. I was really impressed with that. Despite them offering me a refund, I decided to continue because I just love the team and I really enjoy everything that they do. So I'm really excited for the growth of my store into the future and excited about working with a company that holds up. True to their word.

So far this journey to start my own online store has been a great learning experience. The store delivery was exciting and Lauralee Davidson was very thorough.

Working with Brooke has been a wonderful experience. She has always been there when I had a question and has been extremely patient with me as I have been trying to understand different concepts. During our Zoom meetings, she explains everything in detail and ensures I understand everything. She is great to work with.

Just wanted to shout out to Jackson Ladd for a very productive coaching call this morning. I wasn't aware that the first 1 on 1 coaching call was supposed to be completed at the end of Week 1 of the training, but because I had quite a good idea of my product and niche I am actually really glad it wasn't until I started week 3 that I had this session. It allowed me to ask a lot more specific questions and get so much more out of the call than I would have if I hadn't completed Week 2 of the training first, mostly in terms of product research. Thanks again Jackson, I am now feeling on track, sure of my idea, and have all the next steps in place to get this brand up and running

I just want to say how awesome Shannon is. She responds swiftly (almost immediately) to requests for help and gives clear instructions to solve the issue. I am totally new to eCom and find it very confusing and frustrating. It's good to know there is someone there to help and guide me through the maze.
