Despite them offering me a refund, I decided to continue because I just love the team and I really enjoy everything that they do. Just wanted to shout out to Jackson Ladd for a very productive coaching call this morning. I wasn't aware that the first 1 on 1 coaching call was supposed to be completed at the end of Week 1 of the training, but because I had quite a good idea of my product and niche I am actually really glad it wasn't until I started week 3 that I had this session. It allowed me to ask a lot more specific questions and get so much more out of the call than I would have if I hadn't completed Week 2 of the training first, mostly in terms of product research. Thanks again Jackson, I am now feeling on track, sure of my idea, and have all the next steps in place to get this brand up and running

I just want to say how awesome Shannon is. She responds swiftly (almost immediately) to requests for help and gives clear instructions to solve the issue. I am totally new to eCom and find it very confusing and frustrating. It's good to know there is someone there to help and guide me through the maze.
