From onboarding through to the handover of my store, the level of detail in the training, the access and support, and the delivery of my store have been world-class. The course modules are in-depth and cover so much more than I expected. Granted it's hard work and definitely not a way to make a quick buck like many other programs promise you. I followed everything step by step and it has been one hell of an incredibly positive experience. The store that was built for me through the nurture program was well worth the investment. E-com Capital has been the best I have worked and working with over 7 different E Commerce firms. I have had huge aspirations to do well in E-commerce for years with no success. I bought several courses online and watched endless amounts of youtube to gain knowledge but found it very difficult. I would about to give up on this and stay in my job; I left my information with E-com Capital when looking on Facebook. I didn't act on the opportunity initially because there is so much information out there with people claiming that they knew it all it is hard to know who to trust. I came across their ad again and booked in a call with the team and had my call with Adnan firstly the process was super easy, and they sent out information before the call, which helped me get a better idea of what to expect for the call and other customers reviews etc. When I had my call with Adnan, he was outstanding, very genuine, and he spent the time getting to know me and actually wanting to help rather than just trying to get my money, which scared me off the other people I had seen online. Adnan understood my situation and had a wealth of knowledge that made me confident that I was talking with someone who knew what they were talking about. At the end of the call, he presented me with the options and his recommendations. They do what2 they do, and what E-com Capital offers is worth so much more than what I paid for their help, and I got started straight away. As soon as I started, it went into go time, and it was exhilarating; I worked with the onboarding team, who helped me through all the small steps and gave me suggestions along the way on what they know works best. It only took 30 days for this to come together, and I had already worked with my coach, who assigned me to help me. My coach and I would sit down and assess the business every week, and I got my questions answered. I am not the smartest with computers, but they helped me, showed me how to do it, and made it much earlier. Even Adnan, who I spoke to, initially checks up to see how I am going. I cannot fault what E-com Capital has helped me with, they showed me that this works, and I have been able to take more time to spend with my family and my newborn than at work day in and day out, trying to make ends meet. That added security made me feel better, I was about to give up, but I am so thankful I took the leap and took me in the right direction. I am excited to get this running further to quit my job and do this full time. I hope this helps anyone feel about this; I hesitated at the start, but it is the best decision once you start. Cannot recommend enough I was super skeptical at first i wont lie. And to be honest if it wasnt for my partner i probably never wouldve taken the leap and signed up but i am so glad i did. I've been with ecom capital for about 6 weeks now and have had such a wonderful experience so far. The training is really in depth, but not overwhelming or filled with jargon, and the support is absolutely amazing. From the ecom team to the community, It's honestly wonderful having so many people have your back, support you and help you work through things. Especially having the community has been great as we are all doing the same thing at different stages so its so much help. It's been such a great experience creating something like I am with the help of ecom and I can't wait to see where I go from here. I started the program with Ecom Capital late last year and the amount of information and training is incredible. I was skeptical at first because of the amount of scams out there, but this group seems very dedicated to teaching people how to succeed in ecommerce. Due to my own other commitments I have not put in the time I need yet to get my store fully up and running. Lori reached out to me out of the blue for a refresher and to make sure my domain and shopify, oberlo, etc. accounts were being kept active and up to date. That was a good kick in the pants for me to get on the ball and finish what I started, and I feel like Lori and the team are going to be right there to support me.
