Lori was excellent the entire on boarding process. She is patient, kind, and compassionate. When there were times that I didn’t quite grasp a concept that she was presenting to me she took the time to explain it in a variety of different ways in order to help me understand. As a first time business owner, the process can be quite intimidating. Lori helped me to relax through the process and I found her demeanor to be soothing. The store presentation and set up call went smooth due to the training being spot on and Lori’s attention to detail.
