I've had a great experience with the WHOLE Team at Ecom Capital. Their Sales team is pushy to get you in the door as all sales people are, but once you are in, they have experts for each field for an ecom store. Their lessons are fantastic and you get alot of time to ask questions where they can help you with your store once up and running and any issues you are having. The training covers literally everything to manage and run an ecom store except financial advise. You can expect plenty of support with each expert.
